We spent time in the field watching how dispatchers actually worked. Traditional interfaces couldn't capture the tribal knowledge they carried, the judgment that, in some cases, still outperformed a spreadsheet.

That pushed us toward a more agentic approach, building the routing experience around what dispatchers already knew instead of flattening it into forms.
